Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 200 mile radius of Peterborough. Deliveries beyond this distance are at our discretion on a case by case basis.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all listed furniture packages within a 120 mile . Bespoke orders will incur a delivery charge, subject to the value of your order. Any delivery charges incurred will show up clearly in your shopping cart.
Can anyone buy your furniture packages?
Yes. Our main customers are individual buy-to-let landlords, professional landlords, letting agents, property developers and housing associations. However, anyone – including homeowners – can place an order, and we are happy to amend packages to suit individual needs.
Can I change some of the items in the packages?
Yes. Make as many changes as you wish and/or exchange items between packages to suit your needs. The final price may differ according to the items you have chosen – we will email you a quote based on your selection.
How can I be sure that all the furniture in a package will fit into my property?
We always ask our customers to send us their property floor plans, so we can make sure their order fits into the space its intended for. If you wish, you can do this before you place your order. If there are any items in your selected package that won’t fit in your property, we will suggest a choice of alternatives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques, bank transfers, debit and credit cards. We take all payment upfront, without exception and are happy to provide references.
How quickly can you deliver?
Delivery can be as quick as 48 hours and sometimes as quick as 24 hours, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a particularly urgent order, please contact us – we will do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
Will you assemble the furniture?
Yes. Full installation and assembly is included. We will ‘stage’ your property too, by setting the dining table, making the bed(s), positioning decorative items and hanging any mirrors and/or artwork you have purchased, always leaving TV points and electrical sockets accessible. Before we go, we remove all waste packaging, vacuum throughout and leave your property ready-to-occupy.
Do I have to be present when you deliver?
No. We can liaise with your agent, concierge or sales office or anyone else with authority to give us access. We unpack everything, remove all packaging, vacuum up after ourselves and return your keys as instructed.
